Discover 'Farm to Fork' food in the Vale with a collaboration between Rosedew Farm, Farmers Pantry Butchers, and the Acorn Cafe. Rhodri Davies of Rosedew Farm will share insights into their cattle rearing practices, supplying Farmers Pantry Butchers- who priortise sustainability and traceability, ensuring minimal food miles from farm to plate. Dawie Beyers from Farmers Pantry will discuss various steak cuts and their merits, followed by a BBQ demonstration (weather permitting). The Acorn Cafe will also serve a 'Vale Trail' themed menu featuring Farmers Pantry produce from May 29th to June 2nd (no booking required).
